Welcome to Grand Voyage Limousine LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our transportation services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking with us.

1. Booking and Reservations
  • All bookings must be made at least four (4) hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Last-minute bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

  • Clients must provide accurate contact information, including name, phone number, email, and pick-up/drop-off locations.

  • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time: No fees will be charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total fare will apply.

  • No-show policy: If the client is not present or declines the service at the time of pick-up, the full fare plus an 18% service fee will be charged.

  • Clients must notify us immediately if they experience delays due to flight changes or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Service Fees and Payment
  • All services must be paid in full before or at the time of service.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

  • Additional charges may apply for airport fees, national park entrance fees, extended wait times, or special requests.

  • Hourly services are billed from the time the vehicle departs our facility until it returns, with a minimum charge of four (4) hours for SUVs.

4. Waiting Time Policy
  • For non-airport pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes before attempting to contact the client.

  • After 15 minutes, waiting time is billed in 30-minute increments.

  • For airport pick-ups, we offer a 45-minute grace period after the flight lands. After this period, waiting time charges apply.

5. Vehicle Usage and Conduct
  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will result in additional charges for repairs or cleaning.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • The chauffeur has the right to refuse service if a passenger poses a safety risk.

6. Liability and Disclaimer
  • Grand Voyage Limousine LLC is not liable for delays due to traffic, road closures, weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen events.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Clients are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

7. Private Aviation and FBO Services
  • We provide direct pick-up and drop-off services at private aviation terminals, including Yellowstone Jet Center, NetJets, Jet Aviation, and Million Air in Bozeman.

  • Clients must provide accurate flight details to ensure timely service.

8. Quotes and Estimates
  • All quotes are estimates based on known factors such as distance, drive time, and traffic conditions.

  • Actual charges may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to detours, weather delays, and additional requests.

9. Safety and Security
  • Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for enhanced safety.

  • Chauffeurs undergo background checks and extensive training to ensure professional service.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • Grand Voyage Limousine LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
